摘要
讨论了使用浸渍法测试物体密度中影响测试结果的若干因素,理论推倒出金属丝直径d与烧杯内径D的比值d/D为密度计算公式中的参数,试验中应最小化d/D以减少测量偏差;通过令ρkρs^k(k<1)可使GB/T 1033.1-2008中方法 A的测试结果有效,然而实际操作中局限性大;常规材料的线膨胀系数很小,密度测试中,温度因素可以忽略。
Several factors had been discussed on the process of density determination by immersion method.Theoretically,the ratio d/D was a parameter in the formula of density determination,in which dreferring the diameter of wire and Dreferring the inner diameter of vessel.Minimizing the ratio d/Dcould decrease the deviation of measurement.ρkρs^k(k<1)should be satisfied to make the immersion method in GB/T 1033.1-2008available,even though with great limitation.The effect of temperature on determining the density could be eliminated,considering the linear expansion coefficient of conventional materials.
