摘要
产品质量检验在处理产品质量争议案例中起着较为重要的作用。产品质量检验包括产品质量仲裁检验和产品质量鉴定,国家相关法律、法规均对其做了较为详细的规定。通过对司法鉴定过程中遇到的一些实际案例的鉴定分析后发现,产品质量仲裁检验具体项目的选择至关重要,需要相应的专业技术知识支持;产品质量鉴定相对较为复杂,但通过准确的失效分析后可以找到产品质量争议的真正原因,从而公正、公平地保护当事人的合法权益。
Product quality inspection plays an important role in processing product quality dispute cases.Product quality inspection includes product quality arbitration inspection and product quality appraisal,and relevant national laws and regulations had made detailed regulations on them.Through analyzing some actual cases encountered during judicial authentication,it was found that the selection of specific projects for product quality arbitration inspection is very important,and it needs the support of corresponding professional knowledge and technology.The product quality appraisal is relatively complex,and the real reasons for product quality dispute could be found after accurate failure analysis,so the parties' legitimate rights and interests could be protected fairly and impartially.
