摘要
发动机轴瓦失效是常见的发动机故障之一,严重影响着发动机的正常工作。针对某发动机主轴瓦在拉缸试验后出现合金层咬粘、脱落等失效问题,通过对主轴瓦进行理论计算、金相检验和对比试验,得出了曲轴平衡块的设计缺陷是导致该主轴瓦失效的主要原因。最后,通过将曲轴的四平衡块改为八平衡块,较好地解决了发动机主轴瓦拉缸试验后合金层失效的问题。
Main bearing failure was one of common engine failures,and it influences the normal work of the engine seriously.Alloy layer seizure and falling off failure were found for main bearings of an engine after scuffing test.Through theory calculation,metallographic examination and comparison test,it was found that design fault of crankshaft counterweight was main cause for the main bearing failure.At last,by changing the crankshaft with eight counterweights instead of four counterweights,the main bearing alloy layer failure problem after scuffing test was solved successfully.
