摘要
通过高温持久试验对不同温度下Ti40钛合金的持久寿命进行研究,建立了Ti40合金的持久强度曲线。结果表明:在较低应力水平下,Ti40合金的持久寿命随应力增加而损耗的程度较为严重。同时,采用等温线外推法预测Ti40合金的持久寿命,预测结果表明:在500℃,310MPa条件下Ti40合金的持久寿命为828.80h,其置信度可达99.94%,该数据可为航空发动机的设计与选材提供参考依据。
The rupture life of Ti40 burning resistant alloy under different temperatures was studied by rupture test at elevated temperature,by which the stress-rupture curve of Ti40 alloy was established.The results indicated that the rupture life of Ti40 alloy decreased at the low stress level.Meanwhile the rupture life of Ti40 alloy was predicted by means of isotherm extrapolation,then the results was 828.80 hin the condition of 500 ℃ and310 MPa,and the confidence level was up to 99.94%,which could provide reference for aircraft engine design and material selection.
