摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热/力模拟试验机进行了Q460C连铸坯的高温热塑性试验,研究了试验钢热塑性与温度的关系。通过绘制断面收缩率-温度曲线,找出了Q460C连铸坯塑性凹槽温度区间为650~950℃,断面收缩率为5%~37%,并对其断裂机理进行了分析,为Q460C连铸坯的生产实践提供了理论依据。
The hot ductility experiment of Q460 Ccontinuous casting billet was done on Gleeble-3500thermal/mechanical simulater.The dependence of hot ductility on temperature was researched.The temperature domain of brittle zoon was found to be 650~950 ℃ by the dependence curve of reduction of area on temperature,the percentage reduction of area was 45%~37%,and then the fracture mechanism was analyzed.The results would provide theory data for production of Q460 Ccontinuous casting billet.
