摘要
针对GJB 1855A-2008《铍材微屈服强度测试方法》中提到的加载方式,提出先估算出微屈服应力对应的大致载荷位置,然后以该载荷的80%作为首次加载起点,再进行逐级加载卸载试验,直到得出对应的微屈服值。这样可免去之前不必要的加载卸载循环过程,缩短了试验时间,提高了试验的稳定性。建议在今后的标准修改中对加载方法进行修订。
For the load method showed in GJB 1855A-2008 'Test Method for Micro-yield Strength of Beryllium',it was suggested that estimate the micro-yield load before test,and start load form the 80%of estimate load.The method could avoid the unnecessary load circulation,mostly shorten the test time and improve test stability.Suggests in the future work of the standard edit,change the load method.
