摘要 简要分析了电站高温部件热疲劳损伤失效的特点,根据积累的经验和具体案例,介绍了易遭受热疲劳损伤的3类高温承压部件(高温管道接管座、高温联箱、喷水减温装置及连通管)热疲劳损伤隐患的分析和诊断方法,并提出了相应的防范对策,对火力发电厂高温部件的热疲劳损伤分析和防范有一定的参考和借鉴作用。 By introducing the failure characters of high temperature compression components in thermal power stations caused by thermal fatigue,the diagnosing and failure preventing methods were offered based on experience and examples for three kinds of high temperature compression components including heat pipe socket,high temperature header,water spray cooling device and connecting pipe.It could help to getting more experienced in dealing with such kind of problem.
