齿轮磨削烧伤检测技术现状及发展趋势 被引量:11

摘要 综述了齿轮磨削烧伤的各种检测方法及应用特点,主要包括观色法、酸蚀法、表层显微硬度试验法、残余应力测定法、金相检测法和磁弹法。通过比较得出:传统的磨削烧伤检测方法存在对工件造成破坏、检测效率低等弊端,无法满足快速、高效的现代检测要求;而磁弹法具有操作简单、方便、高效且无损等优点,在齿轮产品表面磨削烧伤检测中具有广阔的应用前景。 The detection methods and their application characteristics of gear grinding burn were summarized,including observing color method,acid etching method,surface micro-hardness testing method,residual stress detecting method,metallographic examination method and magnetoelastic method.By comparing the magnetoelastic method with the other traditional methods,it was found that the traditional methods generally had disadvantages of damaging the work pieces,low detection efficiency and so on,so they could not meet with the fast and efficient modern detection requirements.However,magnetoelastic method with advantages of being efficient,accurate and nondestructive,has broad application prospect in gear grinding burn detection.
