H13钢表面电火花沉积Deloro 50合金层的组织和性能

Microstructure and Properties of Deloro 50 Alloy Layer Deposited on H13 Steel by Electro Spark Deposition

摘要 利用电火花沉积技术在H13钢基体表面制备了Deloro 50合金层,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了沉积层的微观结构和物相组成,并采用显微硬度计测试了沉积层的硬度。结果表明:沉积层与基体呈良好的冶金结合,平均厚度约35μm;沉积层主要由FeNi3,Ni3(CrFe),C6(Co,Cr,Ni)23相组成;沉积层的表层显微硬度为954.4HV0.05,约为H13钢基体硬度的2倍。 Deloro 50 alloy layer was deposited on H13 steel by electro spark deposition(ESD)process,and the microstructure and phase compositions of Deloro 50 alloy layer were characterized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractionmeter(XRD)and the alloy layer hardness was tested by a microhardness tester.The results show that excellent metallurgical bonding between the alloy layer and the substrate was obtained by ESD.The alloy layer had an average thickness of about 35μm.The microstructure of the alloy layer was mainly composed of FeNi3,Ni3(CrFe)and C6(Co,Cr,Ni)23 phases.The microhardness of the surface layer was954.4HV0.05 which was two times of hardness of the substrates.
