摘要
针对管线钢日常维氏硬度检验中出现的拖尾现象,分析了其产生原因和类型,并通过数学推导得出了考虑拖尾影响的偏差估算公式,计算了X70管线钢因拖尾产生的硬度测试偏差的数值范围,最后提出了日常试验中预防拖尾产生和评定拖尾压痕的相关建议。
In view of the trailing phenomenon during pipeline steel Vickers hardness testing,the causes and types of trailing phenomenon were analyzed,and the deviation estimating formula for considering the effect of trailing phenomenon were obtained by mathematical derivation.The numerical range of hardness testing deviation caused by trailing phenomenon of X70 pipeline steel was calculated.Finally,suggestions to prevent trailing phenomenon and evaluate trailing indentation in daily Vickers hardness testing were put forward.
