摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验以及力学性能测试等方法,对某钻杆吊卡轴销断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于该轴销外表面存在原始淬火裂纹,加之其冲击韧度和塑性较差,从而导致其在较大的冲击载荷作用下裂纹失稳扩展而脆性断裂。
The fracture reasons of a drill pipe elevator axis pin were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic examination and mechanical properties test.The results show that there were original quenching cracks in outer surface of the axis pin,coupled with its poor impact toughness and ductility.So unstable propagation of the cracks and brittle fracture of the axis pin happened under the action of larger impact loads.
