摘要
针对某桥梁施工中使用的预应力锚具在张拉过程中出现开裂的现象,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验等检测手段对其开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该预应力锚具开裂主要是因其存在冶金缺陷以及热处理工艺不当所致。并根据原因提出了预防措施。
An anchorage for prestressing tendon was broken in the process of installation in a bridge construction.Based on macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic examination and so on,the cracking reason was analyzed.The results showed that the brittle fracture occurred in the anchorage for prestressing tendon rebar was mainly caused by the presence of metallurgical defects and inadequate heat treatment.The corresponding preventive measures were also taken out.
