摘要
光伏焊带表面离子污染度是影响其焊接能力并且会影响最终产品光伏组件的光电转换性能和可靠性的重要因素,然而目前还没有测试光伏焊带表面离子污染度的国际或国内标准方法。笔者通过试验建立了一种切实可行的光伏焊带表面离子污染度测试方法。试验结果表明:用萃取液清洗试样表面,通过测量收集液电导率和氯化钠工作溶液电导率,确定收集液的氯化钠含量,进而就可以计算出光伏焊带的表面离子污染度Wr,NaCl(μg·cm-2)。
The surface ion pollution degree of photovoltaic ribbon affects its weldability and accordingly,photoelectric conversion performance and reliability of the final products,PV modules.Currently there is no international or domestic standard testing method on this item.A practical testing method was established through experiments.That is firstly the surface of ribbon was rinsed by extracting solvent,and the conductivities of both the collected rinsing liquid and NaCl reference solutions were measured.And then by determining the content of NaCl in the collected rinsing liquid,the ion pollution degree on photovoltaic ribbon surface Wr,NaCl(μg·cm-2)could be calculated.
