摘要
介绍了一种准确测试汽车车身焊装用胶固化体积变化率的测试方法,其测试原理为先依据阿基米德定律分别测试出车身焊装用胶固化前后的固化体积,然后再计算出焊装用胶的固化体积变化率。大量的试验结果表明:该方法测试过程简单,且重复性好,可满足汽车车身焊装用胶固化体积变化率测试精度的要求。
A method that could accurately test the curing volume change rate of adhesive for automobile body welding was introduced.First the volume of the adhesive for automobile body welding before and after curing was measured according to Archimedes law,and then the curing volume change rate was calculated.A large number of test results show that this method was simple,good repeatability and could meet the test accuracy requirement of curing volume change rate of adhesive for automobile body welding.
