摘要
近年来超级贝氏体组织因其具有优异的力学性能而得到广泛研究,这些性能使其成为很有发展潜力的结构材料。超级贝氏体钢的超高强度和良好韧性是典型的晶粒细化和TRIP效应的共同结果。从相变原理、成分设计、组织特征和力学性能等几方面对超级贝氏体当前的研究进展进行了阐述。
In recent years,superbainite has been studied widely due to its outstanding combination of strength and toughness,which makes it potential to be used as novel structural materials.The excellent mechanical properties of superbainite are attributed to extremely fine bainite ferrite(nano-scale)and transformation induced plasticity(TRIP)effect.A review of superbainite in recent development was given from the aspects of phase transformation theories,composition design,microstructure,mechanical properties and so on.
