摘要
通过化学成分分析、冲击和硬度试验、金相检验以及热处理验证试验对挖掘机履带板断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于履带板钢在热处理过程中保温时间过短,造成铁素体不能完全融入奥氏体中,致使脆性增大而导致履带板发生早期断裂。
By means of chemical composition analysis,impact and hardness test,metallographic examination,heat treatment validation test and so on,the fracture reason of track shoe of excavator was analyzed.The results showed that the ferritic had not fully integrated into austenitic because of the insufficient heat preservation time in the process of heat treatment,which caused the brittleness increased and led to early fracture in track shoe.
