摘要
对某井修井工具遇阻事故进行了调查研究,对油管和套管失效原因进行了分析。对该井套管进行了测井检查,认为在3 355.0~3 356.5m井段139.7mm×9.17mm套管发生了严重腐蚀和变形损坏,在3 098.42~3 208.42m井段177.8mm×10.36mm套管也发生了腐蚀和变形。通过对比分析修井管柱遇卡位置和套管损坏位置,认为修井工具在3 355.0~3 356.5m井段多次遇阻原因是套管变形损坏所致。通过分析油管和套管损坏特征,认为油、套管失效与腐蚀有很大关系。建议采用耐腐蚀油管和套管。
An investigation on the pipe sticking accident during the process of repairing of one well was done and failure reasons for the tubing and casing were analyzed.By well logging,it was found that the139.7 mm×9.17 mm casing string at depth of 3 355.0-3 356.5 m was severely corroded and deformed,and177.8 mm×10.36 mm casing string at depth of 3 098.42-3 208.42 m was also corroded and deformed.It was considered that the pipe sticking at depth of 3 355.0-3 356.5 mduring well repairing was caused by the casing deformation and damage by comparing the pipe sticking position with the casing damage location.It was considered that the tubing and casing failure was related to corrosion in accordance with the damage feature of the casing and tubing.Anticorrosion tubings and casings were suggested to adopt.
