摘要
质量较高的钛管在生产过程中,通常使用超声波探伤、水压试验、涡流检测和气密试验等方法检验其可靠性,但因每种方法均有其优点和不足,所以存在漏检的可能性。因此在实际作业过程中,需根据产品的实际应用工况采取有针对性的安全性检验方法,配合使用渗透着色等无损检测方法,提高产品缺陷的检出率。
Ultrasonic testing,hydrostatic testing,eddy current testing and tightness test methods are often used during producing titanium tubes with high quality.Because each method has its advantages and disadvantages,so there is the undetected possibility.Therefore in the process of actual operation,the safety testing methods need to be taken according to the product working condition of practical application,the nondestructive testing methods should be matched including penetrant and coloration detection to improve the detection rate for defects in products.
