摘要
40ACR高强螺栓在使用中发生断裂。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试和断口分析等方法对其断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:热处理不当,螺栓存在较厚的脱碳层,致使力学性能下降为主要因素;主电机安装设计不合理,产生的低周疲劳为次要因素。
The high strength friction grip bolt made by 40 ACR steel broke in use.Through a series of testing methods including chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness testing,fracture analysis and so on,the fracture reason was analyzed.The results showed that the thick decarburized layer led to reduce the mechanical property was the main reason,the unreasonable installation of electric engine led to the low cycle fatigue was the other reason.
