摘要
某电站660 MW亚临界机组锅炉前墙吊挂屏同一外圈SA-213T22钢吊挂管在运行中出现了两个大爆口、多处泄漏和鼓包,通过宏观检验、化学成分析、力学性能试验以及金相检验等方法,对吊挂管失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:该吊挂管段由于局部长期超温运行导致多处泄漏和鼓包,而泄漏处下游出现局部汽水流量不足导致短时超温爆管,并引起其相邻泄漏处小爆口撕裂而演变成为大爆口。
Two big explosions,many leakages and bulges appeared on SA-213T22 hanging tubes at the same outer ring of hanging screen in front wall of 660 MW subcritical boiler during running.And the failure reasons were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical compositions analysis,mechanical properties test and metallographic examination.The results show that local longtime overheating running caused several bulges and leakages of the hanging tubes,local steam-water flow inadequate in downstream of the leakages led to short-time overheating tube burst,and then the neighboring leakage was ripped into big diamond-shaped rupturing.
