连铸坯表面缺陷对连轧钢管表面质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对连轧钢管产品外表面存在的缺陷问题,结合两套产品轧制工艺,分别采取在坯料外表面人工刻伤和保留坯料外表面原始缺陷的方式,研究了坯料缺陷和轧制后产品缺陷的对应关系,通过金相分析研究了坯料缺陷对钢管外表面质量的影响。结果表明:连铸坯表面的缺陷一定会在轧管后的钢管外表面有所反映。最后探讨了避免存在原始外表面缺陷的坯料进入后续工序的措施,以提高连轧机组的一次产品合格率。 Aimed to the defect problem on the surface of continuous rolling steel pipes,combining two rolling processes,the corresponding relationship between the billet defects and the finished product defects was researched by means of artificial wounding or keeping original defects of the billet surface,and how the billet defects influencing the surface quality of steel pipes was researched by metallographic analysis.The results show that the defects on the surface of continous casting billets will be reflected on the surface of the rolled steel pipes.Finally measures for avoiding defective billets entering into the later process in order to improve qualification rate of continuous rolling mills were discussed.
