摘要
HRB400热轧带肋钢筋是建筑行业常用的钢材之一,某钢厂生产的HRB400热轧带肋钢筋在工地弯曲加工时发生断裂现象。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、断口扫描电镜分析以及拉伸试验、弯曲试验等方法,分析了该钢筋弯曲加工断裂原因。结果表明:弯曲加工过程中弯心直径过小和成分偏析引起的马氏体异常组织,是导致该HRB400热轧带肋钢筋弯曲加工断裂的主要原因。
HRB400hot rolled ribbed bar is one of the commonly used steels in construction industry.The HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars of an iron and steel plant fractured when they were bended at the job site,and the bending fracture reasons were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis,metallographic examination,fracture SEM analysis,tensile test and bending test.The results show that bending diameter being too small and martensite abnormal microstructure caused by composition segregation,were two main causes for the bending fracture of the HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars.
