摘要
针对某电池包连接器镀金黄铜连接片在湿热试验过程中发生腐蚀的现象,从连接片材料、电池包工艺设计等方面进行了分析。结果表明:连接片发生腐蚀主要是由于其表面镀层质量差,局部甚至漏镀,且厚度不足;电池包设计时连接片与电池正极之间存在电位差进一步加速了连接片的腐蚀;另外,电池包的封装胶水在高温高湿环境下可能释放出含磷酸类物质从而诱发连接片的腐蚀。最后针对上述原因对连接器的质量控制提出了系列建议。
For the corrosion phenomenon of a batch of battery pack connector Au-plated copper contact blocks during humid heat test,a variety of inspection and analysis on the material and manufacture design of the contact blocks were conducted.The results show the corrosion of the contact blocks was mainly because the surface plating quality was poor with local skip plating and insufficient thickness.Furthermore,the potential difference between the contact block and the anode accelerated the corrosion.Beside,the phosphoric acid released from the packaging gule under the environment of high temperature and high humidity,would also induce the corrosion of the contact blocks.Finally,a series of quality control suggestions of the contactor were proposed according to above reasons.
