摘要
某600MW超临界机组P91钢管道与F91钢管道的焊缝出现开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、断口微观形貌分析等方法对焊缝开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:长期高温运行使管道焊缝细晶区产生大量蠕变孔洞,孔洞聚集成孔洞链,形成微裂纹,最终造成管道焊缝发生Ⅳ型蠕变开裂。
The weld seam crack of P91 steel pipe and F91 steel pipe of a 600 MW supercritical unit appeared.The causes of weld seam cracking were analyzed by means of macro observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test,fracture surface micro morphology analysis and so on.The results show that a large number of creep cavities produced in the fine grain zone of the pipe weld seam after long-term high temperature operation.The cavities aggregated into hole-chain and formed micro cracks.Finally,the type TV creep cracking occurred in the pipe weld seam.
