摘要
使用XHBT-3000ZIII型全自动布氏硬度计对某进口铝合金圆棒进行了布氏硬度试验,并对试验结果进行了不确定度评定。通过建立数学模型,确定了影响试验结果的各标准不确定度分量,并给出了最终试验结果的不确定度报告。结果表明:在实际试验过程中,可通过控制影响布氏硬度试验结果最大的不确定分量,来提高试验结果的准确度。
The Brinell hardness of an imported aluminum alloy rod was tested by using XHBT-3000 ZIII automatic Brinell hardness tester,and the measurement uncertainty of the test results was evaluated.By establishing a mathematical model,the standard uncertainty components affecting the test results were determined,and the uncertainty report of the final test results was given.The results show that in the actual test process,the accuracy of the test results can be improved by controlling the maximum uncertainty component.
