摘要
针对浇注固定电流互感器(CT)用聚氨酯吸附SF6气体是否对气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)产品检漏存在影响的问题,制作样块并研究了聚氨酯对SF6气体的吸附能力,并与环氧树脂的吸附能力进行了对比。结果表明:聚氨酯对SF6气体的吸附能力远高于环氧树脂的,且随着聚氨酯材料发泡数量的增加其对SF6气体的吸附能力增强,故采用包扎法对GIS产品进行检漏时需要考虑浇注材料聚氨酯吸附的SF6气体的影响,并采取措施以避免误判产品泄漏。
Aiming at the problem whether the adsorption of SF6 gas by polyurethane used for pouring and fixing the current transformer(CT)has an effect on leakage detection of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switch(GIS)products,samples were prepared and the adsorption capacity of polyurethane to SF6 gas was study,and it was also compared with that of epoxy resin.The results show that the adsorption capacity of polyurethane to SF6 gas is much higher than that of epoxy resin,and the adsorption capacity of polyurethane to SF6 gas increases with the increase of foaming amount of the polyurethane.Therefore,when using the dressing method to detect the leakage of GIS products,it is necessary to consider the influence of the adsorption of pouring material polyurethane to SF6 gas and take measures to avoid misjudging product leakage.
