摘要
BZ102井S13Cr110钢油管出现裂纹,通过磁粉探伤、金相分析、点蚀坑分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验等方法对裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:油管纵向裂纹为应力腐蚀裂纹,裂纹产生与A环空腐蚀环境、油管材料特性及油管受力条件有关。
Cracks appeared on an S13Cr110 steel tubing in well BZ102.The causes of cracks were analyzed by means of magnetic particle testing,metallographic analysis,pit analysis,chemical composition analysis and mechanical property test.The results show that the longitudinal cracks of the tubing was stress corrosion cracks.The formation of the cracks was related to the corrosive environment in annulus A,the material characteristics and the stress condition of the tubing.
