原位反转录PCR技术及其应用的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 多聚酶链式反应(ploymease chains reaction,PCR)是80年代以来广泛应用的体外液相基因扩增技术,具有高度特异性和敏感性,能对正常和许多疾病的靶序列进行分子水平的分析.但PCR需要对细胞或组织加以破碎以分离核酸,因此不能将扩增的结果直接在组织中定位,即难以确定靶序列所在的细胞和组织类型,这是PCR技术的一个明显的局限性.
