瘦素与肥胖及其相关疾病

摘要 瘦素(leptin)主要由脂肪组织合成与分泌,一些外周组织(如胎盘的滋养层细胞)也可合成和分泌[1].近来,leptin在肥胖及其相关疾病方面的研究屡见报道,特综述如下.
