HPLC法测定维生素E霜中维生素E的含量

Content Determination of Vitamin E in Vitamin E Cream by HPLC

建立测定维生素E霜中维生素E含量的HPLC方法。采用YWG -C18色谱柱 ,甲醇为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 84nm。维生素E在 1 2 8μg～ 6 40 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98 3%,RSD =1 4%。本法简便 ,快速 ,准确。

A HPLC method has been established for the determination of vitamin E in vitamin E cream. An YWG-C 18 column was used, the mobile phase was methanol and the detection wavelength was 284nm. The linear correlation was good in the range of 1.28～6.40μg. The average recovery was 98.3% with RSD 149%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
