摘要
隐喻作为人们认识世界和进行思维的重要方式之一,是认知和语言的纽带,和词汇有着很紧密的联系。运用隐喻理论,对高职生英语多义词的习得进行初步探讨,认为在这一过程中教师应结合隐喻理论帮助学生理解词汇,尤其是英语多义词的各义项的隐喻理解。
Metaphor,which is one of the important ways for people to understand the world and thinking,is inextricably linked with vocabulary. Applying the theory of metaphor,higher vocational English polysemy teaching is made. In higher vocational English polysemy teaching,teachers should use the theory of metaphor to help the students understand the vocabulary,especially the different meanings for polysemy with metaphor.
