通过对职业成长、文化及文化推动力本源概念的阐释及分析,揭示出文化与大学生职业成长之间的关联,说明大学生职业成长过程中文化力对其实现的推动作用。高等院校作为大学生职业成长的第一阵地,应有效建立并实现其职业成长所需的文化传递路径。

Through the elaboration and analysis on the original definition of career growth,culture and cultural force,this paper shows the inter-relation between culture and college students' career development,demonstrating the promotional force of culture in the process of career development. Being the starting point of career development,colleges are under the duty to build the ways for culture transposition,which is needed in the career growth process.
