糖尿病心率变异性图谱学特点及其临床相关性的研究

The characteristics and clinical interrelation of diabetic heart rate variabtion (HRV) scans

目的 研究糖尿病心率变异性 (HRV)图谱学特点及其临床相关性 ,以便早期发现糖尿病自主神经病变。方法 对 10 2例糖尿病患者和 2 4 0例非糖尿病患者的HRV时域和频谱图谱进行分析研究 ,找出规律性特点 ;并对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)、C肽 (C -P)、胰岛素 (INS)、年龄、性别、病程、体重指数、疾病类型、胆固醇、甘油三酯等 10项与HRV相关的因素与相应HRV图谱及HRV参数进行多因素的相关分析。结果 ( 1)糖尿病患者HRV图谱学特点 :主要可出现形态各异的 6种图形。 ( 2 )这些图谱及所测定参数与HbA1c、年龄、病程有高度显著相关性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 糖尿病患者HRV图谱主要有 6种图形变化。血糖控制不良。

Objectives To investigate the characteristics of diabetic heart rate variation (HRV) and the clinical interrelation so as to detect diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy in its early stage.Methods Two groups, diabetic patient group(n=102), nondiabetic group(n=240), were compared HRV scans to seek for the general principle. Analyse the multifactors associated with HRV scans and HRV parameters, including HbA1c, C peptide (C-P), insulin (INS), age, sex, course of disease, body mass index (BMI), categories of disease, cholesterol and triglyceride.Results (1)The characters of diabetic patient HRV scans: mainly six kinds of scans. (2)There were significant differences between HRV scans, HRV parameters and HbA1c, age, course of disease (P<0 01). Conclusion Diabetic patient's HRV scans have six kinds of performance. The main related factors to diabetic HRV scans varition and parameters are bad glucose control, old age and long history.
