摘要
ZB型絮凝剂具有破乳能力强、水溶性好、使用方便和储存稳定的特点.其复合配方ZB-4108价格低、絮凝效果好.现场工业试验证明:在除油率大致相同的情况下,其投加量为聚氯化铝的1/2至1/5,浮渣生成量少,易于处置和利用,可作为聚氯化铝的换代产品在含油废水处理中推广使用.
ZB type flocculant possesses high anti-emulsification ability, good water solubility, good stability and usability. Its multiple prescription ZB-4108 is low-cost and its flocculation result is perfect. Experiments in industry application indicated that at similar deoil efficiency, its consumption was 1/2 ～1/5 amount of poly-aluminum chloride. The production of scum was little and easy to dispose and utilize. Instead of poly-aluminum chloride, ZB type flocculant can be widely utilized in the treatment of oiled waste water.
