ZS型育秧药对不同水稻品种秧苗的效果研究

The Effect of ZS Rice Seedling-agent on DifferentVarielies of Rice Seedlings

应用新研制的ZS型育秧药,对不同品种水稻进行浸种和喷地育秧应用研究,结果表明:矮源占、桂麻占、粤香占、粤新占四个水稻品种用ZS型药处理后,秧苗假茎宽都高于对照,分别比对照提高13.37%、3.36%、19.26%、1.52%和13.30%、0.69%、33.58%、11.43%,说明ZS育秧药有壮苗作用;秧苗活性根率显著增加,分别比对照提高36.5%、21.2%、45.6%、6.0%和13.0%、19.2%、67.9%、22.8%,活性根多,利于秧苗后期生长发育和营养吸收;秧苗分蘖数高于对照,有利于水稻后期成穗多而增产;秧苗的鲜重、干重和矮壮指数均高于对照,秧苗干重分别比对照提高45.0%、23.8%、46.2%、25.0%和10.0%、2.9%、69.2%、10.0%,秧苗矮壮指数分别比对照提高32.5%、18.1%、29.9%、37.1%和2.8%、2.2%、52.5%、15.1%.ZS型育秧药有利于秧苗光合产物转化和营养吸收.

The ZS rice seedling-agent,which is the mixture of plant growth regulator and fungicide,is applied to the growth of different varielies of rice seedlings.The results of the test show:(1)the average stalk width of the 4 varielies of rice seedlings with seed soaking and spray on seedbed treatments by using ZS-agent is increased by 1.52%～19.6% and 0.69%～33.58% respectively compared with CK;(2) the acitivity root ratio of 4 varielies rice seedlings with seed soaking and spray on seedbed treatments by using ZS-agent is increased by 6.0%～45.6% and 13.0%～67.9% respectively compared with CK;(3) the tillering of rice seedlings is promoted by the ZS-agent; (4) the dry weight and short-strong index (the ratio of the dry weight to the height)of 4 varielies of rice seedlings with seed soaking treatment by using ZS-agent is increased by 23.85%～46.2% and 18.1%～37.1% respectively, by 2.9%～69.2 and 2.2%～52.5% respectively with spray on seedbed treatment compared with CK. Seedlings of different varielies of rice are stronger and it is an advantage for rice seedlings to transform photosynthesis matter and absorb nutrition by using the ZS-agent.
