This paper introduces a advance method to extract tea-polyphenols by the microwave heating. Dampen the tea with a small amount of water, then put the tea into ethyl acetate and extract tea-polyphenols by microwave. The result indicates that the rate of tea-polyphenols extracted is better than the traditional method; this new method can save much time and energy.
