体育游戏是以身体练习为基本手段 ,以增强体质、娱乐身心、陶冶性情为目的的一种现代游戏方法。就游戏的内在精神而言 ,体育教学可以成为游戏。体育教学作为游戏它具有开放性、对话性等特征 ,它打破了传统的以注重技术教学单一的教学体制 ,有助于培养学生的竞争意识和拼搏精神 ,有助于培养学生的思维创新能力 ,有助于促进学生社会化发展的进程 ,有助于学生思想道德、审美能力的形成和发展。体育游戏式教学是必要的。

Game in physical training is a kind of modern playing method which takes exercise as its basic means so as to strengthen peoples health,amuse their mind and body and mold their temperament.As far as the inner spirit game is concerned,the teaching in physical training may become a kind of game.It as a game has such characteristics as opening and dialogue…etc.It has broken the traditional teaching system which only pays attention to the teaching of technology.It helps to improve students competition consciousness and fighting spirit.It is beneficial to students creative ability.It can promote the process of students social development.It is also good for the formation development of students morals and beauty appreciation.So game teaching in physical training is quite necessary.
