摘要
高等院校的合并给高等院校科技期刊的发展提供了发展的良机,借助学科拓宽,作者群体扩大的良机,学报也就要进行重组和再分工,改变办刊模式,使学报更利于适应环境的变化,充分发挥其应有的社会价值。
Consolidation of higher institutes provides advantageous chances for journals of science and technology of universities. With the help of the expansion of disciplines and the increase of the number of the authors, journals should also be regrouped to change the editorial format and modes in order for journals to adapt the changes of the environment. Thus, journals can bring the social functions into full play.
