摘要
目的:评价骨髓核素显像对再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)的临床诊断价值。方法:进行全身骨髓显像的血液病患者共63例,分为再障组(n=24例)和非再障组(n=39例),以临床表现、血象、骨髓涂片和(或)骨髓活检结果为诊断标准,评价骨髓显像对再障诊断的灵敏度和特异性。结果:全身骨髓显像结果以骨髓活性2级作为正常;再障诊断的灵敏度为83 3%(其中重型再障90 0%,慢性再障78 6%),特异性为61 5%。结论:全身骨髓核素显像是一种无创、安全、灵敏的检查方法,对了解再障的全身功能性骨髓分布及各部位骨髓造血功能有独到优势。
Aim: To evaluate the clinical value of bone marrow imaging in the diagnosis of aplastic anemia (AA).Methods: We studied retrospectively 63 adults with hematological diseases by bone marrow imaging and divided them into 2 groups including AA( n =24) and non-AA ( n =39)groups. All cases were diagnosed and proved bone marrow smear both/or biopsy methods. We evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of bone marrow imaging.Results: According to the bone marrow imaging results, we defined grade 2 of marrow activities as normal. The sensitivity was 90 0% in severe aplastic anemia (SAA) and 78 6% in chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Sensitivity and specificity was 83 3% and 61 5%.Conclusions:Whole body bone marrow imaging is a safe and sensitive method to identify AA . It helps clinical physicians to identify the distribution and condition of the functional marrow.
