摘要
本文研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO2-4/TiO2/Y3+为催化剂,乙酸和环己醇为原料合成乙酸环己酯,并考查了影响反应的因素.实验结果表明:SO2-4/TiO2/Y3+对合成乙酸环己酯具有良好的催化活性.最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量占反应物质量的2.3%、醇酸摩尔比为1∶2、反应时间为60min、带水剂质量占反应物质量的12%.上述条件下乙酸环己酯的收率可达85%.
Cyclohexyl acetate has been synthesized from acetic acid and cyclohexanol,catalyzed by SO2-4/TiO2/Y3+ rareearth solid superacid.Various factors affecting the reaction have been studied.Results show that the rareearth solid superacid SO2-4/TiO2/Y3+ is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate.Optimum conditions for the reaction are:the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants-2.3%,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid-1∶2,the reaction time60 min,and the mass ratio of the waterborne reagent to the reactants-12%.Under such conditions,the yield of cyclohexyl acetate amounts to 85%.
