心电图运动负荷试验在心肌缺血诊断的价值

Evaluation of ECG exercise stress test in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia

目的探讨心电图运动负荷试验对心肌缺血的评价及诊断。方法对我院2016年1月至8月中随机选取100例有心肌缺血症状的病人,同期进行运动平板试验及冠状动脉造影检查,评价运动平板试验对于心肌缺血的诊断价值。结果冠脉造影确定冠心病的病人敏感性运动平板试验阳性率为85%,而正常对照组运动平板试验阳性率为15%。结论运动平板试验对诊断心肌缺血的阳性率有参考价值。

Objective To explore the evaluation and diagnosis of electrocardiogram exercise stress test on myocardial ischemia. Methods 100 patients with symptoms of myocardial ischemia were randomly selected from January to August 2016. Meanwhile, treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography were performed to evaluate the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test for myocardial ischemia. Results The positive rate of exercise treadmill test was 85% in patients with coronary artery disease determined by coronary angiography and 15% in normal control group. Conclusion the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise for the positive rate of myocardial ischemia is valuable.
