摘要
针对工程实际中浮筏隔振装置 ,建立了柔性基础上机组多扰源弹性浮筏耦合隔振系统动力学普遍模型 ,给出了系统动态特性结构化分析方法 ,推导了耦合系统动态传递方程及功率流表达式 .结合工程实际两机组浮筏隔振系统功率流数值计算结果 ,着重探讨安装频率与支承结构柔性作用及其对隔振效果影响 .研究结果表明 :安装频率设计点选择合理 。
A generalized theoretical model of floating raft vibration isolation system is proposed. The corresponding structural analysis method is developed to predict the dynamic characteristics, and the transfer equations are derived. Based on the above, numerical calculations of power flow for practical floating raft isolation system are carried out to explore the interactions between mounting frequency and the flexibility of supporting structure, and the effects on power flow are discussed. It is shown that the power flow can be reduced effectively by reasonable choice of design point for mounting frequency.
