摘要
研究了Fe C Mn Si钢的组织及其精细结构 .透射电镜观察发现 ,贝氏体铁素体内存在不同形貌、尺寸的残余奥氏体膜 ,它们把贝氏体铁素体分割或包围为不同层次结构单元 ,以残余奥氏体膜为分界面确定了贝氏体铁素体不同层次的精细结构单元及尺寸 .贝氏体铁素体条束由亚片条、亚单元和超亚单元组成 ,其尺寸分别为 2 5~ 80nm ,2 5~ 80nm ,5 .0~ 30nm .
The bainite structure and fine microstructure of Fe C Mn Si steel is studied. The investigation results discover that there are different appearance and size of retained austenitic films in bainitic ferritic laths. The different levels are separated and encircled by the retained austenitic films. The fine structural units and their size of structural units are determined by retained austenitic films. The bainitic ferritic laths are composed of sublaths, subunits and sub subunits, which has dimension of 25~80 nm, 25~80 nm, 5.0~30 nm respectively.
