高校学报在现行体制和运行格局下 ,切实可行的追求应该是努力发挥基本功能 ,不断提高综合效益。其现实途径为 :( 1 )充分发挥“窗口”作用 ,增强宣传效果 ;( 2 )强化“育人”观念 ,扶持学术新人 ;( 3)突出学报特色 ,促进学科建设 ;( 4 )创新管理模式 ,优化编辑队伍 ;( 5 )重视发行工作 。

Under the present management and operating system, a practical pursuit should focus on the journals primary functions, by means of its function as a 'window', its concept of bringing up new personnel, its academic features, its endeavor in renewing management and staff optimization, and exploiting new resources as well as its publicity.
