New Practice upon Continuous Quality Management of Antineoplastic Agents in Hospital

目的规范抗肿瘤药物的应用,保障患者用药安全以及减少对医护人员的职业危害。方法发现抗肿瘤药物使用中的问题,针对问题采取相应的措施。结果从处方审核、调配核对、药品使用方面完善抗肿瘤药物的管理。建立用药决策系统,实现事前处方审核和事中审方互动,提高审方效率与合理用药水平;改进调配核对操作,减少抗肿瘤药物对环境和医护人员的危害;加强药学服务,增进药师与医、护、患的关系,共同促进临床的合理用药。结论不断发现和解决抗肿瘤药物应用中的问题,有助于规范抗肿瘤药物的质量管理,减少对患者及医护人员的危害。

Objective To standardize the application of antineoplastic agents,to ensure the safety of patients’medication and to reduce occupational hazards to medical staff.Methods Problems in the use of antineoplastic agents were found out and corresponding measures were therefore carried out.Results The quality management of antineoplastic agents was improved in the aspects of prescription checking,drug dispensing and usage.The establishment of medication decision-making system realized the pre-prescription checking and interacting review in the matter.It improved the efficiency of prescription checking and the level of rational drug usage.The improvement of drug dispensing and verification reduces the harm of anti-tumor drugs to the environment and medical staff.The enhancement of pharmaceutical services improved the relationship with doctors,nurses as well as patients,which promoted the rational use of drugs in clinic.Conclusion Constantly discovering and solving problems during the application of drugs will help regulate the quality management of antineoplastic agents and reduce the hazard to patients and medical staff.
