人性化护理在腹腔镜手术联合奥美拉唑治疗胃癌患者术后康复中的应用研究

Application of Humanistic Nursing in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Gastric Cancer Treated by Omeprazole Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨人性化护理在腹腔镜手术联合奥美拉唑联治疗胃癌患者术后康复中的应用研究。方法选取我院收治的接受奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜胃癌手术治疗的患者98例,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组应用奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术进行治疗并配合常规护理,观察组应用奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术进行治疗并配合人性化护理。分析两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、相关治疗指标以及满意度。结果干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术治疗的患者实施人性化护理的效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer treated by omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery.Methods From May 2016 to March 2018,98 patients with gastric cancer who received omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery,and routine nursing.The observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery,and humanistic nursing.After intervention,the anxiety and depression score,quality of life score,related treatment indicators and satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the observation group got higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of quality of life were decreased in both groups after treatment,but the scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than in control group(P<0.05).Patients in observation group had higher satisfaction degree to nursing than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery,humanistic nursing intervention had good effect and should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
