Co/TiO_2的制备及气相光催化性能

PREPARATION OF Co/TiO_2 AND THE PROPERTY OF ITS GAS-PHASE PHOTOCATALYTIC OXIDATION

摘要 以四氯化钛为原料、硝酸钴为掺杂剂 ,制备了钴掺杂超细二氧化钛并进行了表征和气相光催化活性的评价 .制备过程中的 p H值对相变有影响 ,p H值很小时 ,相变在较低的温度下就能发生 .钴掺杂的催化剂对甲苯的光催化活性有明显改善 .在实验条件下 ,催化剂的寿命延长了近 Micro sized particles of TiO 2 doped with Co have been prepared by way of titanic chloride hydrolysis,with cobaltous nitrate being used as dopant.Properties of the samples are characterized by means of XRD (X ray diffraction),and the gas phase photocatalytic activity is evaluated.The effect of pH on phase transformation has been examined.It is shown that the smaller the pH value,the lower the transformation temperature will be.The effect of Co doping on photocatalytic activity has also been studied.Toluene conversion improves remarkably with the addition of Co doped catalyst.Under experimental conditions,the service life of catalyst can be prolonged by nearly three times.
