外派人员跨文化适应成功及其四构面评价

摘要 论文在对外派人员跨文化适应影响与结果变量的相关文献进行回顾和评析的基础上,提出使用"跨文化适应成功"这一概念来取代之前学者们经常使用的外派成功概念,来直接衡量和评价跨国企业外派人员在东道国跨文化适应的结果与影响,进而提出包含外派人员跨文化适应力、外派组织绩效、外派家庭和谐发展以及东道国文化群体满意在内的四构面评价模型,并对各自构面的主要评价指标以及它们之间的作用机制进行了探讨。
