职业成功标准研究的新发展 被引量:1

摘要 职业成功标准可以区分为主观职业成功标准和客观职业成功标准两类,近年的研究呈现出强调客观标准与主观标准相结合评价职业成功、改进对主观职业成功标准的界定和测度以及运用以自身为参照的和以他人为参照的两类标准评价职业成功的趋势,而人们在评价职业成功时标准的选用,将受到所处的社会背景、个人因素、组织特征以及职业类型等因素的影响。
