网络派生信任及其治理效果——以商业银行的中小企业贷款为例

摘要 本文以我国商业银行中小企业贷款业务中的"供应链贷款"与"联保贷款"为研究对象,分析了中小企业嵌入的社会和商业网络如何产生银行信任,以及此类信任对银企关系的治理效果。研究发现,银行会通过网络的学习机制产生对中小企业的关系信任;通过网络的控制机制产生对中小企业的计算信任;关系信任和计算信任均会促进银企之间的关系业绩和抑制中小企业的机会主义行为,但关系信任更有助于促进关系业绩,而计算信任则在抑制机会主义行为方面表现得更为有效。
